EXPERIENCE & HISTORY

THE JOURNEY OF OPTIMISED

Our journey began in 2002, with three companies gradually coming together to deliver a unique proposition, experience, and skillset. Entities previously known as Optimised Energy, Optimised Buildings and Optimised Spaces are now Optimised. Over the years, investment, sweat equity, innovation, acquisition, start-ups, and a passion for brand equity has driven us to continuously innovate and deliver better solutions for all.

Today, our clients range from blue chip, public sector, heavy industrial users as well as independent renewable generators.

We employ over 130 people across four UK office locations while also operating internationally. We are a passionate and diverse team of specialists, determined to deliver high quality services that benefit our clients, communities, and the planet.

With customer intimacy at heart and a background in consulting, finance and an energy MBA, James leads the executive leadership team. In conjunction with the other founders, he has built the team to over 130 employees, through strong organic growth and acquisitions.

Jasvir brings decades of experience from a range of private equity backed businesses. With strong technical and commercial skills, he is pivotal in overseeing our strategic planning, financial performance, and governance.

Technical Director

John provides technical excellence for our Building Optimisation & Carbon Impact solutions, collaborating with our internal teams to allow for seamless integration of services for our clients, as well as overseeing & driving innovations within our Remote Optimisation team.

NICK WOOD

Technology Director

Nick spearheads technology and innovation at Optimised, running both our internal IT infrastructure and our market leading technology platform, deploying best of breed technologies and integration capabilities.

Carla’s consulting team is responsible for initiating this journey for our clients through Net Zero advisory and technical consulting services.

Tony has a proven track record in successfully delivering large Building Optimisation projects across a variety of sectors, working to strict programs and allocated budgets. Tony leads our Engineering Division, ensuring the successful delivery of our BEMS Optimisation & Metering solutions.
