Optimised provided Hilton with an unrivalled energy management service, driving savings through BeMS optimisation while delivering greater guest comfort, as well as using the hotel’s chiller to deliver low-cost reliable chilled water. All of this has also incorporated a cloud-based system for simplified energy management, reduced work-orders, and allowed for continuous monitoring, efficiency and savings.

This is the second year running Optimised have been nominated for this award. In 2022, our work with King's Cross Estate saw us win the award, after coordinating the supply of green gas from an anaerobic digestion system in Dumfries, which now provides gas to 50% of the London estate.
