We’re delighted to share the latest step in our commitment to decarbonisation and sustainability. As part of our ongoing commitment to reduce our environmental impact, we’ve fully electrified our company fleet by introducing two new electric vehicles, eliminating approximately 15.25 tCO2e from our operations per year.
As part of our sustainability strategy, which focuses on three of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), we set a goal to fully electrify our fleet by 2025, in alignment with SDG 7: Affordable & Clean Energy.
The addition of two Volkswagen ID. Buzz vehicles, together with the Citroën eDispatch introduced in 2023, replaces our old diesel vans with a fully electric fleet. This achievement ensures we meet our Scope 1 emissions reduction target set through the SBTi (Science Based Targets Initiative), and supporting our objectives under SDG 12: Responsible Consumption & Production.
These vehicles will support our Building Optimisation engineers in delivering critical services, including BEMS, metering, and IoT installation and maintenance, at client sites.
