In our ongoing efforts to promote ethical consumption, we are introducing an annual sustainability allowance for our employees. REDUCING CARBON FOOTPRINT

Taking a step towards a greener future, we are implementing sustainable travel days, through Climate Perks, to help reduce our collective carbon footprint. Employees will be granted up to 2 days a year, dedicated to explore eco-friendly travel options for their holidays. This initiative reflects our commitment to environmental stewardship and encourages responsible travel practices among our team, making it easier to change behaviours and make conscious choices.

We believe that learning and collaboration are essential for personal and professional growth. To facilitate cross-functional knowledge sharing and foster a culture of collaboration, we are introducing secondment days. Our commitment to giving back is at the core of our values and we believe in giving credit where it's due, and that means recognising employee’s dedication and hard work over the years. We are introducing length of service (LOS) awards to honour individuals who have been with us for 5, 10, 15 and 20 years. The awards have been designed to create time for employees, support charities, increase our
Ecologi forest and create special memories with loved ones.
